When will I receive my preorder Mess Mate?
If you were lucky enough to snag a mate through our preorder release, you can expect to receive your Mess Mate by early January 2023. Outside of the festive season, shipping will be expedited refer to our shipping page for approximate times.
I’ve changed my mind about the colour of my Mess Mate?
We completely understand, it’s a big decision which you probably made at 3am. We are more than happy to exchange your Mess Mate for the desired colour free of charge (excluding international orders). We ask for the mat to be returned free of damage together with a valid receipt and to contact us within 30 days of the purchase.
Where do you ship?
We offer shipping Australia wide, New Zealand, Canada and United States. Please refer to our shipping page for corresponding prices.
Does my mate come with warranty?
Like all good mates, your Mess Mate should last a lifetime. However if the product is found to be defective, your Mess Mate is covered with a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase, with a valid receipt.
Faulty product
We would be extremely sorry to learn about your faulty item. Please contact us with your receipt and an image that captures the fault so that we can provide you with a suitable solution.
A product is out of stock
You can register your interest by selecting your desired colour and selecting “Notify Me”. We will notify you via email when more stock becomes available.
