Caring for your Mess Mate is so simple.

Wipe your mate clean with warm water, dish detergent and a damp cloth. Mate, that’s it! Treat your mate the same way you would with a silicone bib or your highchair.

The following is recommended:

• Give your mate a quick clean before your first use

• Refrain from using abrasive chemicals or your left over Shiraz; it may damage your mate. Some baby wipes may also be toxic to your mate and the environment

• Vigorous rubbing or hugging is not recommended

• Keep your mate away from sharp materials like pet claws or toddler teeth. This type of damage will void the warranty

• Your highchair may leave permanent indentations especially if your baby likes to jump around

• Max temperature 200c. That said, it’s probably not a good idea to stick your mate in the dryer, oven or washing machine
